Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball  ·  Effective Date: June 25, 2026 Last Updated: September 4, 2026

1. Overview

AGM Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball mobile game (the "App"), a tilt-controlled maze puzzle game for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

The short version: AGM Apps itself does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. There are no user accounts and no sign-ups, and the game itself runs on your device. The App shows advertising through Unity LevelPlay mediation, with Google AdMob as a direct fallback, and those partners may process limited device data to serve those ads — described in Section 5, along with your consent choices.

2. Information We Collect

We, AGM Apps, collect no personal information through an AGM Apps account or server. We operate no server and receive no data from the App. Specifically, the App does not:

The one exception, stated plainly so it is not buried: the App shows ads through Unity LevelPlay mediation, with Google AdMob as a direct fallback, and those partners receive limited device data in order to serve them. That is described in Section 5, along with how to control it.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App saves a small amount of non-personal game data locally on your device using Android's standard local app storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device. It consists only of:

This information is stored solely so the game remembers your settings between sessions. If you delete the App, all of this locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.

4. Motion & Sensor Data

Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball is controlled by tilting your device. With your permission, the App reads your device's accelerometer (motion sensor) to roll the ball through the maze in real time.

This motion data is used live, on your device, and only while you are playing. It is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere. The accelerometer is standard motion hardware and does not require a runtime permission on Android; the App declares its use in the Play Store listing.

5. Advertising (Unity LevelPlay mediation, with Google AdMob as fallback)

The App shows banner ads on non-gameplay screens and optional rewarded ads (including a short ad after a run of level completions, and an optional "+1 UP" video). Ads are served through Unity LevelPlay, which runs a real-time auction across partner networks. The networks currently connected are:

Depending on your consent choices and device ad settings, those partners may collect or receive your Google Advertising ID (unless you have opted out), device and app information, IP address (which they may use to infer a coarse location), and ad-interaction events. AGM Apps never sees or stores this data. Ad partners act as independent controllers of the advertising data they collect.

Where required, including in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a consent message is shown before any ads are served; you can decline personalised advertising and still play. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Google → Ads on your device.

No analytics, crash-reporting, or social SDK is included. If a future version adds any further service that processes data, we will update this Privacy Policy first.

6. Internet Connection

Core gameplay — tilting, rolling, and completing mazes — does not require an internet connection. A connection is used to request consent information and advertising, to watch an optional rewarded ad, and to open external links such as this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use.

7. Children's Privacy

Tilt Maze: Roll the Ball is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information at all, no information is ever collected from children. The App complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. If you have any questions, contact us at help.agmapps@outlook.com.

8. Data Security

Because the App stores its small set of settings only on your device and transmits nothing, your information is protected by Android's built-in security, including the App's sandboxed storage and your device's encryption. There is no server, database, or cloud account that could be breached on our side.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Because AGM Apps holds no personal data on its own server, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. Data processed by our ad networks is handled under their own privacy controls and policies.

10. International Users, GDPR & CCPA

The App is available worldwide. AGM Apps does not sell personal information and does not operate a server containing your personal data. Our ad networks (Section 5) may process device and advertising-identifier data for ad delivery and measurement; when personalised advertising is on, sharing that identifier may count as "sharing" or a "sale" under some US state laws, and you can opt out at any time using the controls in Section 5 and Section 9. Rights and controls relating to data held by our ad networks are governed by their own policies and applicable law.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the App adds new features. When we make changes, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through an App update. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
