AGM Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Perspective Maze mobile game (the "App"), a tilt-controlled maze puzzle game for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
The short version: Perspective Maze does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. The game runs entirely on your device.

The App saves a small amount of non-personal game data locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults storage. This data never leaves your device. It consists only of:
This information is stored solely so the game remembers your settings between sessions. If you delete the App, all of this locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
Perspective Maze is controlled by tilting your device. With your permission, the App reads your device's accelerometer (motion sensor) to roll the ball through the maze in real time.
This motion data is used live, on your device, and only while you are playing. It is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere. iOS asks for your permission the first time motion is used; you can review or change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness on your device.
This version of the App contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs) for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or social features. No third party receives any information from the App.
If a future version of the App introduces advertising or any service that processes data, we will update this Privacy Policy before that version is released and describe exactly what is collected and how you can control it.
The App does not require an internet connection to play and does not make network requests as part of normal gameplay. The only time the App opens a network connection is if you tap a link we provide — such as this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use — which opens in your device's web browser.
Perspective Maze is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information at all, no information is ever collected from children. Because the App stores its small set of settings only on your device and transmits nothing, your information is protected by iOS's built-in security, including the App's sandboxed storage and your device's encryption. There is no server, database, or cloud account that could be breached on our side.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf.
The App is available worldwide. Since Perspective Maze does not collect, process, sell, or share any personal data, the data-subject rights provided by laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) are inherently satisfied — there is no personal data for us to disclose, delete, or sell. We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if a future version of the App adds new features. When we make changes, the "Last Updated" date above will be revised, and significant changes will be communicated through an App update. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
